Successful graduate Li Zengqiu (March 2006)
On March 13th Li Zengqiu successfully defended his MS research thesis (entitled "Characterization of the ACBD3 protein"). Zengqiu spent two years in our laboratory, developing an expression/purification system for the study of this adapter protein, which we believe is involved in recruiting Protein kinase A to various ion channels. Zengqiu will return to Japan in the summer of 2006, to assume a position with the BASF Corporation. |
